After Sales Support:
- Following an installation undertaken by DRM AV, as part of our commitment, we provide a 12 month liability period on all new equipment and workmanship. This means that if there is any equipment failure within 12 months of project completion, we will rectify the issue.
- DRM AV also offers customers Audio Visual Service Agreements on installed equipment. These range from scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance aimed at keeping your equipment in high working order to reactive or unplanned maintenance where issues arise causing system down time.
- Multiple levels of reactive maintenance are offered by DRM to cater to all requirements. We are happy to discuss which agreement best suits your needs.
Equipment Servicing:
- DRM AV has a fully equipped service department to get your equipment repaired and back into working order. Please contact us should you required further information on this service.
